RETURN POLICY
Change of Mind Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your SUCCESURF purchase, you may initiate a return within 90 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, parts, and included components. Unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
Should your tool or equipment arrive damaged, fail to operate, or exhibit a manufacturing flaw, please reach out to our support team immediately. For fastest resolution, email us at cs@succesurf.com with your order number and attach clear photos or a short video clearly showing the issue. Helpful documentation includes clear images of the defect, the serial number label, and the tool in its received condition. Once confirmed, we will quickly coordinate a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not yet begun processing in our fulfillment system, you may request a cancellation by emailing cs@succesurf.com with your order number. A standard administration fee of $0.50 applies to all canceled orders to offset payment processing charges.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has left our facility, we cannot intercept the shipment. If you still wish to cancel, you may refuse the delivery upon arrival. Your refund, minus the original shipping fee, will be processed as soon as the carrier confirms the return is in transit.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use of SUCCESURF tools and equipment. The warranty does not extend to:
- Damage resulting from accidents, improper use, misuse, overloading, exposure to liquids or corrosive materials, unauthorized modifications, or repairs.
- Cosmetic imperfections such as scratches, dents, rust, or signs of regular wear from professional use.
- Natural degradation of batteries, blades, bits, or other consumable/wear components over time.
- Malfunctions caused by using non-SUCCESURF accessories, attachments, or incompatible power sources.
- Products with removed, altered, or tampered serial numbers or warranty seals.
Equipment Safety Notice: For your safety and warranty compliance, always use tools according to manufacturer instructions. SUCCESURF is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper tool use.
REFUND POLICY
We handle refunds according to the following principles:
Eligibility: You may qualify for a refund if your product is defective upon arrival and a replacement is either unavailable or not preferred, or if delivery is not completed within 90 business days from the order date (where applicable).
Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement.
Shipping Fees: Unless a return is initiated due to our error or a confirmed defect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Reporting a Problem: For damaged or defective items, please contact cs@succesurf.com with your order number and supporting evidence so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Cancellation Window: 3 days from the date of purchase.
Cancellation Processing: Up to 5 business days for completion.
Return Shipping Responsibility: If a return is initiated by the customer for non-defect reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer covers all return shipping expenses. Returns resulting from SUCCESURF’s error or a confirmed defect will have return shipping prepaid or reimbursed by us.
