Account & Ordering

Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, guest checkout is available. However, creating a SUCCESURF account provides several benefits:

  • Faster checkout for future purchases.
  • Easy access to your complete order history and tracking information.
  • Priority notifications for new tool releases, product updates, and exclusive offers.

What if I forget my password?
Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.

What if I entered the wrong email address during checkout?
Please contact our support team immediately at cs@succesurf.com to update your contact information. We can correct email and address details in our system, but we cannot modify an order once it's been processed.

Important Tip: Always verify your shipping address before completing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in delivery issues.

Payment & Security

What currency do you use?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you use a card in a different currency, your bank will apply their exchange rate, which may differ from the market rate.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. We do not accept direct bank transfers, cash on delivery, or checks.

How secure is my payment information?
Your security is our priority. All payment transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted connections. Your full card details are handled securely by our certified payment partners and are not stored on our servers.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Shipping

How do I change or cancel my order?
To cancel, please contact us immediately at cs@succesurf.com. A processing fee of $0.50 applies to all cancellations to cover payment gateway charges. Please note that orders already packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel within 3 days of placing your order, provided it has not entered the fulfillment stage.

Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed within 5 business days.

How do I enter my shipping address correctly?
Please use the English alphabet with standard punctuation. For any non-English characters, use the closest English equivalent (e.g., use "o" instead of "ö").

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, we cannot update shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped. We recommend using a residential address to avoid potential delivery delays.

When will my order arrive?
Our delivery timeline is as follows:

  • Processing Time: Within 3 business days
  • Shipping/Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please note that customs processing in your destination country is beyond our control and may cause additional delays.

How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Use this link to monitor its progress.

Will I be charged customs and import taxes?
Product prices on our site do not include potential import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs authorities. We cannot cover these fees and are not liable for related delivery delays.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (orders under $60): $6.99
  • Free Shipping (orders $60 and above): FREE

All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Discounts & Promotions

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
Unless otherwise specified, only one promotional or discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other active sales or promotions.

How do I start a return?
If you're not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 90 days of receiving your item. Contact us at cs@succesurf.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we'll provide return instructions. Items must be in original, like-new condition with all accessories, packaging, and protective materials intact.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us immediately at cs@succesurf.com. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue (e.g., damage, non-functionality). For optimal verification, include the serial number and the device powered on if applicable. We will resolve this promptly, often by sending a replacement without requiring the original item's return.

How long does the returns process take?
Once we receive your returned package, processing may take up to 14 business days. We will notify you via email once the process is complete.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. For credit/debit cards, the refund is typically sent to your bank within 7-10 business days of us receiving the return. The time for it to appear on your statement depends on your bank's processing policies.

What if my order is missing an item?
If anything is missing from your shipment, please contact us immediately at cs@succesurf.com with your order details for prompt investigation.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty & Data Security

What does your warranty cover?
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 90 days from delivery. It does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, normal battery degradation, or use with incompatible accessories/software. Products with removed or altered serial numbers are not covered.

What should I do before returning a device?
For your privacy, we strongly recommend fully erasing all personal data from any tool or device before sending it back. SUCCESURF is not responsible for any personal information left on returned items.

Order Processing & Shipping Details

When will my order be processed and shipped?
We process orders Monday through Friday from our central warehouse.

  • Processing Time: Within 3 business days for verification and quality checks.
  • Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched the business day after processing completes. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required. If you haven't received shipping confirmation within 5 business days of payment, please contact us at cs@succesurf.com.
